I trained as a chest physician because breathlessness is one of the most frightening things a person can feel — and one of the most treatable, once it's properly understood. For over a decade I've practiced lung and airway medicine in Delhi, and my approach hasn't changed: listen first, examine carefully, and explain what's happening in plain language before we talk about treatment.
I have a particular focus on interventional pulmonology — using advanced, minimally invasive, scope-based techniques to diagnose and treat complex lung conditions, often avoiding open surgery altogether — alongside expertise in sleep medicine and intensive care.
